Rules for engagement
 
We accept films made with little or no money, or a bunch of money!  
We are looking for films made by black filmmakers, with black themes, or a majority black cast.
 
If you want us to link up your film, it must be out on the Internet (YouTube, for example). If not, you can send us a complimentary copy and we'll upload it for you. No problem.
 
Due to the rules of this ISP provider, film content will be taken into consideration 
It is our mission to provide exposure to upcoming black filmmakers. It is also our mission to partake in the expose of positive African American images.

We require that you make more films so we can post them here!
